I am overwhelmed by the support I have received over the last 24 hours.  Thank you everyone, you are true friends.

To make a long story short for those of you not aware of what's been happening, I was threatened with a copyright infringement lawsuit over an image I was using on one of my many websites.  I could not afford the licensing fee they requested or the cost of defending myself against the suit. I expressed my frustration in the Fark.com photoshop forum and took down all of my websites except for a couple of pages offering a PayPal button for anyone who cared to donate towards my legal defense.  This morning Drew Curtis, owner of Fark.com, contacted the photographer on my behalf and convinced him to drop the suit.  Since it looks like I don't need to defend myself in court, I have refunded all of the donations.  Thanks to you all and especially to Drew who stepped in and went to bat for me.  I owe you big time, Drew.

Cliche City will remain offline while I decide whether or not it will resurface and what changes would need to be made to avoid this kind of entanglement in the future.
